3 large beetroots
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil

Steps:

  • Peel and chop beets into similar sizes.
  • Steam until they can be pierced with a fork.
  • Chop in to smaller pieces.
  • Add other ingerdients, toss.
