Steakhouse Garlic Butter Potato, Pan Grill image

2 pounds small golden potatoes, large dice
1 cup (1-inch-thick) yellow onion slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup melted butter
1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1 ½ teaspoons granulated garlic
½ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Toss to coat.
  • Pour mixture into an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.
  • Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
