Steps:
- In large skillet, brown meat with oil. Add salad dressing, onion, carrot, celery, and peppers. Cook and stir until tender. Don't over cook.
- Then pour in tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover pan and simmer about 20 minutes. While this is simmering cook your spaghetti or rice as package indicates.
- To serve, dish up noodles or rice and top with steak sauce and parmesan cheese.
