Steps:
- 1. When I mix this all up together I usually just mix and add ingredients by taste. I don't measure usually so this is an estimated quantity. Just blend all ingredients together and marinade steaks overnight. I have a foodsaver and I vacuum seal mine and put it in the fridge.
- 2. Take steaks out of the fridge and let rest to warm to room temperature. Bring you bbq up to temperature - whatever you prefer and I usually cook mine unti medium. Let rest so the juices return back to the steak and cut into strips.
- 3. Serve on crusty rolls or kaisers with carmelized onions, mushrooms and peppers. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top and serve. The crowd will love it!
