We love Mexican food, and this is an absolute favorite. I have also made it with grilled chicken breasts instead of steak, my family loves this too. It can be made indoors using a grill pan, broiler in the oven or a George Foreman grill!!!

Steps:
- 1. Heat grill - medium heat is used for this recipe
- 2. Put the cumin, chili pwdr., garlic pwdr., salt and pepper in small bowl and mix well. Rub both sides of the steak with this mixture. Grill the steak 4-6 inches from medium heat or coals. Cook the steak 10 - 15 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once.
- 3. Using a foil pouch, put the onions and peppers inside and toss with the oil (or spray first with cooking spray). Place on grill when it is ready. When you turn the steak, check your veggies. Cook them as long as the steak or longer, depending how crispy or tender you want them. If you want them very tender, I put an ice cube in the foil pouch to help cook more tender!
- 4. Wrap tortillas in foil and place on grill for 5-10 mintues, watch these carefully!
- 5. When the steak is done, put it on a plate to rest for about 10 minutes. Then slice thinly.
- 6. For each serving, place some steak, onions and peppers, picante sauce, guacamole and sour cream. Top with cheese and chopped fresh cilantro. Fold one end up over the mixture; fold right and left sides over folded end. Enjoy!
