Steps:
- 1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- 2. COMBINE sauce, steak, spinach and pepper in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese and egg.
- 3. LAYER 1/3 of noodles then 1/3 of steak mixture and 1/3 of cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; cover.
- 4. BAKE for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes, let stand for 10 minutes.
