4 oz margarine
1 c yellow corn meal
1 c flour
3/4 c half & half
3/4 c corn kernels
2 eggs, beaten
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz canned jalapenos

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt margarine. Mix remaining ingredients then add margarine. Bake in a muffin tin for 20 minutes.
