Spruced-Up Canned Veggies image

2 (15-ounce) cans Veg-All, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve Nabisco Ritz Crackers , crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Mix Veg-All, cheese, mayonnaise, and butter, and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz crumbs over top. Bake about 30 minutes, or till thoroughly heated.
