Spring Tart with Asparagus image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 batch tart dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1 bunch asparagus slided diagonally
3 eggs
1.5 cups half and half
1 orange zest
1 cup gruyère cheese

Steps:

  • Place dough in tart pan, poke fork holes and put in oven at 190° for 10-15 min
  • Heat olive oil, add red onion for 8 min, till soft
  • Add asparagus, salt and pepper for 8 min., put to cool
  • Mix eggs with half and half and orange zest
  • Take out tart dough, first add cheese, then asparagus mix, then egg mix
  • Bake for 35-30 min.
