I got this along time ago off of a Ready made pie crust from Keebler. I have tweeked it just a little!

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c sugar
1 c sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cool whip
1 keebler gram cracker pie crust
1 can(s) lemon pie filling (optional )

Steps:

1. cream cheese MUST be room temp! mix all together and put in pie crust, refrigerate for 1 hr, The lemon pie filling is optional. It makes for a really tall pie too!
