Number Of Ingredients 14

13 cup green onions chopped
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
5 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese +1/4 for topping
14 oz frozen spinach squeezed and chopped
14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
2 Roma tomatoes seeded and finely diced
1 zest and juice of one fresh lemon
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
STOUT CHIPS FOR DIPPING

Steps:

  • Add the first 8 ingredients to a mixer bole,start on low speed then turn up entente well incorporated and almost smooth. remove from mixer and fold in artichoke harts,water chestnuts, and lemon zest. scoop in to oven safe dish and smooth top. add juice of 1 lemon and sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. chill for minimum of 20. bake375 for 50 to 55 min let stand 10 min before serving with bagel chips or what ever chips you like.
