Spinach Portobello Linguini image

These flavors are a perfect combination of yumminess.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg spinach, fresh
1 pkg portobello mushrooms, sliced
3 clove garlic crushed
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz linguini, cut into pieces
1/2 c parmesan cheese
salt/pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. boil the linguini (cut into pieces)al dente (slightly firm to the bite)
  • 2. In a large saute pan on low, melt the butter and add the mushrooms and garlic, gently cook 5 mins, add the package of spinach, cover and turn off heat. The Spinach will wilt down, add the drained linguini pieces
  • 3. add the parmesan cheese and stir...season with salt & pepper
