SPINACH FRUIT SALAD
I serve this salad with my Peachy Orange Cornish Hens. I have a small fruit theme going here.

Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, combine cleaned spinach, drained Mandarin oranges, and drained diced peaches. Toss, now add bacon pieces, sliced mushrooms (opt.) and walnut pieces. Toss again.
- 2. Combine the dressing ingredients, adding hot sauce to your liking. Toss the salad just before serving with as much or little dressing as you like.
