Spinach Blue Cheese Artichoke Dip image

Great with fried wonton chips.

2 c blue cheese crumbles
2 c parmigiano-reggiano, grated
6 clove garlic minced
4 c sour cream
2 can(s) artichoke hearts chopped
1 1/2 lb spinach, frozen squeece dry

Steps:

  • 1. Place cheeses, sour cream, and garlic in a heavy pot on medium heat, stiring to combine.
  • 2. Stir in spinach and artichokes and put in a casserole dish and bake until hot and bubbly.
