Spinach and Tortellini Casserole image

This an easy, rich, creamy, delicious casserole. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.

1 pkg (9 ounce) refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked
2 pkg (9 ounce) frozen creamed spinach, defrosted
3/4 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c mushroom, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • 1. Combine pasta, creamed spinach, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms.
  • 2. Transfer mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • 3. Top with tomato slices and parmesan cheese.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
