SPINACH AND MUSHROOM SALAD WITH TARRAGON DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 1/2 lobs washed fresh spinach with stems removed
1/4 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
6 slices crumbled crsply fried bacon
Sieved egg whites and yolks
Croutons
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/3 tsp. tarragaon
1.4 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 split clove garlic

Steps:

  • Place the spinach, mushrooms bacon, croutons and egg whites and yolks in the bow and toss them together. Blend the remaining ingredients and toss them with the spinach mixture.
