1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1/2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1/2 lb. fresh tuna fillets, cut into 1/8- to 1/4-inch pieces
3/4 cup cooked short-grain white rice, cooled
3 sheets nori (dried seaweed), cut lengthwise in half
1/3 cup finely chopped peeled English cucumbers
3/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Steps:

  • Mix mayo and Sriracha sauce in medium bowl until blended. Add fish; mix lightly.
  • Cover sushi rolling mat with plastic wrap. Spread about 2 Tbsp. rice mixture onto 1 nori sheet to within 1 inch of end, then spread 1/6 of the fish mixture onto one long side of rice mixture. Spoon cucumbers next to fish mixture. Roll up 3/4 of the sheet, using mat to help roll the nori, then finish rolling up sheet without the mat. Gently press seam into roll-up to seal.
  • Repeat with remaining nori sheets and toppings. Let stand 15 min.
  • Cut each roll-up into 6 slices. Serve with dressing.
