SAGE CHEDDAR SPREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup softened butter
1/8 cup finely chopped sage leaves
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • In food processor blend cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk and butter until smooth and creamy. Add sage and mustard then process just until well blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let cheese spread set out at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving to soften.
