- Pre heat 425. In a large bowl combine sausage, brussel sprouts, butternut squash, thyme, olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Make foil packets. Lay sheets of foil on counter, divide the mixture between 4 layers of foil. Bring up the sides to cover the food and fold over edges. Bake 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
