SPICY PLUM SAUCE image

1 1/2 pounds plums
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic peeled, minced
1/4 cup ginger root fresh, minced

1/2 cup lime juice
5 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:
