Spicy Mexican Wraps image

Don't let the ease of this recipe fool you - these wraps are delicious! A perfect cocktail party or game night treat.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 pkg ranch style dressing mix (powder form)
1 can(s) chopped olives (4 oz)
1 can(s) diced Ortega chilies (4 oz)
4 stalk(s) green onions (finely chopped)
1 can(s) diced jalapeno peppers (or less if you can't take the heat!)
1 pkg large flour tortillas (8 count)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all together very well, spread evenly on tortillas, then roll them up making sure there are no air pockets.
  • 2. These need to be refrigerated for at least 1 hour, but they are spectacular if left to set overnight as they cut easier and flavors have time to blend.
  • 3. When ready to serve, cut into half-inch slices and set on an attractive platter. Enjoy!
