Very nice slightly spiced soup

Steps:
- fry onions, garlic and lemon grass for about 5v minutes
- Add lentils (rinsed), spices and coconut milk
- Add1 half pints of water or stock bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes
- Pour in lime juice and add spring onions
- Add fresh coriander, season and ladle out.
- Garnish with coriander and spring onions
