A different spin on a chili dog. Very tasty. You choose the heat level...... mild, medium or hot salsa.

Ingredients

16 oz. package beef hot dogs
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (sweet baby ray's)
8 hot dog buns
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

1. Cook hot dogs.
2. Mix salsa and barbecue sauce together in small saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve topped with salsa mixture and onion; sprinkle with grated cheese.
