Steps:
- 1. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add onions and cook until tender. Add green chilies and cook a few minutes longer until heated through. 2. Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper together. Cook and stir until eggs are set. 3. Warm tortillas and spoon egg mixture along center of each. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Fold ends over filling and roll up. 5. Serve with salsa.
