Steps:
- 1. Brown ground chicken breast in pan with onions, peppers, celery and garlic.
- 2. Add taco mix and seasonings and mix well. Stir in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
- 3. Add creamed corn and frozen corn. Return to simmer and simmer another 15 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the milk and reheat to simmer. Stir in potato flakes and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- 5. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
