Steps:
- Rough chop tomatoes, and onions and add to blender. It helps to squeeze the tomatoes and their juice to the blender.
- Remove cilantro from bare stems and add to blender
- Add peppers, salt, cumin, and squeeze lime juice into blender. Blend until smooth. If you like a chunkier salsa then chop everything to your liking. If you let it sit an hour the flavors are even better. Sometimes I add fresh zucchini as well.
