Quick, easy, and warming rice dish

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, fry the onions until soft and add the garlic
- Add the chorizo, pancetta, red pepper, and chilli. Leave out the chilli if spice isn't your thing. Fry until the pepper softens.
- Add the rice and the lentils and pour the stock over. Give it a good stir!
- Bring up to the boil and then simmer for 25 minutes. Add extra water if it gets a bit dry.
- Enjoy!
