Steps:
- 1. Over medium high heat, in a small sauce pan, add sugar,vinegar and water and bring to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Add the finely minced garlic, Sriracha and crushed red pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of water.
- 2. Bring the sauce to a rapid boil and whisk in the slurry, stirring until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
- 3. Enjoy! It's yummy!
