Spicy Cheeseburger Soup image

Combine fun food like cheeseburgers with comfort food like cream soup and you get this awesomeness. And it's ready to serve in under an hour.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 lb. red potato es (about 2), chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 can (10 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Brown meat with onions, celery and garlic in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.
  • Sprinkle flour and pepper over beef mixture; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in potatoes and broth. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in tomatoes and green chiles, cheese, tomato paste, ketchup and mustard. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in milk; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
