Look for shrimp that has been deveined to save prep time. I like to completely shell the shrimp but you could leave tails on if you like. This is a nice blend of spicy, tangy and sweet. This increases in heat as leftovers!

Steps:
- Combine oil, seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, honey, soy sauce and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour
- Preheat oven ot 450. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with rice and crusty bread for dipping.
