I love making these around the holidays for quick and easy gifts! They keep well in a air tight container and can be very addictive! You can adjust the liquid smoke and cayenne to suit your taste.

Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 250. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
- 2. Beat egg white until frothy. Add liquid smoke and blend well.
- 3. In a separate bowl mix sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne.
- 4. Toss peanuts in the egg white mixture. Toss coated peanuts with sugar mixture.
- 5. Bake peanuts for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
