Steps:
- 1. Heat 1 tbl of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the pork with cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes per side. 3. Heat the remaining oil in a second skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, until softened, about 3-4 minutes. 4. To the second skillet, add the cabbage, raisins, vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 3/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. 5. Cook the cabbage mixture, covered, until tender, 6-8 minutes. Stir in the dill.
