These simple, quick cinnamon spiked peachy muffins are perfect warm with a bit of real whipped cream!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, ~1 minute. Beat in eggs, water, and almond extract. Stir in peaches.
- 2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to wet mix. Beat to thoroughly combine.
- 3. Pour roughly 2/3 full into paper lined standard muffin cups. Divide and top with brown sugar (and nuts if you are using them).
- 4. Bake 18 minutes or until just golden brown and slightly springy to the touch. Serve warm or cool on wire racks and serve room temp.
- 5. Store covered and enjoy!!
