Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a dutch oven; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
- Drain off drippings.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave Directions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
- Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at high for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring once.
- Drain off drippings.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover and microwave at high for 10 to 12 minutes or to desired consistency, stirring after 6 minutes.
