Special Spinach Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg Knorr leek soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach, thawed, well drained

Steps:

  • In a bowl mix together Knorr leek soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream; let sit.
  • Chop green onions, water chestnuts and add to mixture.
  • Drain spinach, (squeeze out remaining water) and mix all together. Refrigerate 2 hours.
