3 LARGE GREEN PEPPERS
2 LARGE YELLOW ONIONS
1 BUNCH OF CILANTRO
5 OR 6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
SALT & PEPPER ADD ACCORDING TO TASTE
2 OR 3 TEASPOONS OF WHITE VINEGAR
ADOBO SEASONING MAY BE ADDED TO TASTE

Steps:

  • WASH AND CHOP ALL INGREDIENTS. PLACE IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. ONCE BLENDED, ADD SEASONINGS TO TASTE. POUR INTO INDIVIDUAL SMALL PLASTIC CONTAINERS LEAVE ONE CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE TO USE AS NEEDED. THE REST MAY BE FROZEN FOR FUTURE USE. DOUBLE UP ON THE INGREDIENTS IF YOU PREFER TO MAKE MORE.
