Spanish Salad Dressing image

Great as a salad dressing or marinade for chicken. Sweet, sour and savory!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup(s) ketchup
3/4 cup(s) olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup(s) plus 2 tbs white vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 cup(s) sugar, to taste
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
2 tablespoon(s) finely minced onion (can substitute 1 tbs dried onion flakes)
1 clove(s) garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours before serving.
