Spanish Couscous Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup Couscous
1/4 cup Each chopped sweet red and green pepper
1 segments medium orange coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro

Steps:

  • Put couscous into large heatproof bowl. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over couscous; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in red and green pepper, orange and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature.
