SPAM HOT & SPICY STIR FRY
When you are on a budget or just want something tastie and easy this recipe is a good one. I found a can of SPAM in the back of my cabinet and said....i'll make a spam stir fry. Easy, frugile and tastie.

Steps:
- 1. In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, water. Chinese hot oil and ginger;set aside.
- 2. In wok or large skillet, stir fry SPAM,broccoli,onion,pea pods and red bell pepper in vegetale oil about 2 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce mixture; cook unti bubbly. Add baby corn and mushrooms; heat throughly...serve over rice.
