Steps:
- Cook spaghetti to al dente, drain, toss with 2 tablespoons butter. Melt remaining butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add shallots, saute 3 minutes. Add cream and vodka, bring to boil. Boil until thickened to sauce consistency, about 8 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss till heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Divide amoung plates, sprinkle chives over, top with caviar.
