Steps:
- In Dutch oven, combine ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and green pepper is tender; drain, if desired. Stir in next seven ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally. Prepare spaghetti according to pkg directions; drain. Serve meat sauce over hot spaghetti. If desired, prepare sauce in advance and refrigerate or freeze for future use.
