Spaghetti and Cheese image

While visiting my husband's brother and sister-in-law in Montgomery, TX, she made this one night and we loved it. I requested that my sister-in-law, Debbie, add this recipe to our family cookbook project.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg (12 oz) spaghetti
1 pkg (8 oz) velveeta cheese
1 c milk
pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare spaghetti according to package. After spaghetti is cooked, strain water and return spaghetti to pot.
  • 2. Stir in milk and add cheese (over low heat). Stir until cheese has melted.
  • 3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
