Southwestern Sausage-Rice Wraps image

6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, sliced
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Steps:

  • Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and salsa; bring to boil. Add rice; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  • Spoon onto tortillas; fold in half.
