Steps:
- In a large skillet, saute onions and garlic until tender. Add hominy, tomatoes, chilis, chili powder, cumin and pepper. Mix gently. Transfer into a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 10-12 people
