SOUTHWEST LAYERED SALAD image

6 cups torn romaine lettuce (1 bag)
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
1 bag (11 oz) frozen corn, thawed & drained & refrigerated
1/2 cup Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup KRAFT Natural 2% Milk Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1 cup broken baked tortilla chips
Substitute: Salsa with 4 chopped tomatoes (about 2 cups) & 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • 1. Pour lettuce into serving bowl. 2. Top with black beans, thawed corn, salsa & cheese. 3. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing; top with chips.
