Steps:
- Start by lightly brown pork chops over low to medium heat. While chops are browning cut green peppers into slices or cubes.
- When chops are done browning, turn heat to low or simmer, add green peppers & pineapple chucks. Let saute for 3 minutes. Add Catalina dressing, Italian dressings & applesauce to pork chops, green peppers & pineapple mix. Cut orange & squeeze both halves over mixture.
- Reduce heat to simmer, cover with lid & let simmer for approx. 30-40 minutes. Stir often.
