- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic and remove from the skillet. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the grease. Toss the cabbage in 4 tbsps. f butter until tender then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are soft. In a large pot, mix all of the ingredients together and cook until the potatoes are done.
