Southern Maryland Crab Cakes image

1 lb crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayonnaise
1 tsp FRENCH'S Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp dry mustard
Butter or oil for frying

Steps:

  • Pick all meat from crabs until you get 1 lb. Make sure there is no cartilage in it. In a bowl mix bread crumbs, egg, KRAFT Mayo, and seasonings. Add crab meat and mix gently, but thoroughly. If it is too dry add more KRAFT mayo.
  • Shape into 6 cakes.
  • Pan fry in just enough oil to prevent cakes from sticking, about 5 min.
