SOUTHERN CREOLE CAJUN COLLARD GREENS image

32 ounce Greens, rinsed and chopped
6 slices Bacon
21 ounce Chicken broth
21 ounce Water
1 tablespoon Red wine or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
5 teaspoon Salt
1.5 teaspoon Black pepper
2.5 teaspoon Sugar

Steps:

  • In a large pot, cook bacon until rendered.
  • Mix in everything else. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender (30 min.-1+ hour).
