1 1/3 cups sourdough starter
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups cornmeal
2 2/3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/3-1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle.
  • Adjust consistency with milk while dough is kneading.
